Post-Close Company Management
Executive Advisors who take the CEO or President role are given autonomy to run the business. Tide Rock supports the executive by providing:
- Access to resources (marketing, finance, accounting, recruiting, HR, etc.) to support growth and back office needs
- Low/no debt on the business, reducing debt-related constraints and risk and allowing for larger distributions and greater reinvestment in growth
