Tide Rock evaluates investment opportunities from a different perspective than traditional financial and strategic buyers. We strive to generate long-term sustainable earnings growth rather than targeting 3-5 year exits. Our holding company model gives us flexibility in acquisition structure and the ability to work with business sellers to achieve their unique goals. Unlike traditional financial buyers, we will not overburden our partner companies with debt.
